2019 has been a successful and busy year at Alloc8. We've reached some major milestones, experienced significant growth in all areas and have been continuously launching exciting product features. Here are some of our highlights of the year.

Created an exceptional experience for our customers

We took the time to listen to our customers and expanded the product with a host of new features with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and safety:

  • Launch of the Alloc8 mobile app for field workers
  • The ability to edit and submit timesheets online and via the mobile app
  • Algorithms to alert users of possible timesheet errors and excessive hours to reduce admin time and improve payroll accuracy
  • Improved scheduling features to make rostering smarter and easier
  • Automated bundling and sending of paperwork in one attachment
  • Enabled real-time communication and notification capabilities for field workers and clients
  • Enhanced document management to make sharing documents easier than ever
  • The ability to build custom forms using our new 'form builder'
  • The ability to create and add tags to jobs

There will be a number of exciting new features in 2020 including offline mode, advanced business insights and reporting and more partner integrations, as well as further improvements to mobile.

Our mission to become tech leaders in workforce management garnered significant traction this year, with the achievement of some key developments by our two development teams. This resulted in improved stability, reliability and scalability for our customers, enabling Alloc8 to support your growth with confidence.

How 2019 compared to 2018:

Partnered with the local community to do good

Alloc8 is proud to have partnered with The Reach Foundation in 2019. The Reach Foundation supports young people to get the most out of life whilst ensuring emotional safety and positive youth connections. They do this primarily through youth-led workshops for young people aged 10-18, empowering them with strategies and skills they can apply to their everyday lives.

This year we joined forces with The Reach Foundation to improve the scheduling of these workshops in schools and communities across Victoria and New South Wales, and are excited for further collaborations to come.

Saw substantial growth as a team

This year has seen significant growth of our team across our two offices in Melbourne and Manila, with exceptional expansion in specialised Technical Skills, Customer Success and Product!

And finally, thank you to all of our clients for choosing Alloc8 as their partner in workforce management. We look forward working with you in what will be a big year to come in 2020.
