Hours Worked Report - Now with option to include Inactive Employees
This update ensures you have the option to include workers who have become inactive and provides you with a full list of employees who actually had worked on the specific date when you run the Hours Worked Report.
Here's what you need to know:
1. Include Inactive Employees: Previously, the Hours Worked report exclusively displayed active employees, limiting your ability to obtain a complete list of employees who worked on a specific date. Now, you can choose to include inactive employees in the report by selecting the "Include inactive employees" option in the report filters.
2. New Column 'Active Employees': To easily distinguish between active and inactive employees, a new column labeled 'Active Employees' has been added, with the status of the employee (Active: Yes or No).

________
Visibility of GPS Coordinates collected during Timesheet Submission
You can now choose to show or hide GPS Coordinates in the Timesheet PDF downloaded from the Alloc8 Portal.
Here's what you need to know:
-
Enhanced Privacy and Security: We understand the importance of safeguarding sensitive location information. With this feature, you have the option to hide GPS coordinates from the Timesheet PDFs. This ensures that no sensitive location data is shared with external parties, enhancing the privacy and security of your Timesheet Managers.
-
To Enable this Feature: Admin users can enable the feature to hide GPS coordinates from Timesheet PDF's in Paperwork Settings under Administration - General Settings.
-
Paperwork Setting changes do not apply retrospectively: Please note, when you enable this feature, it does not alter any existing Timesheet PDF's already created and available for download. New Timesheet PDF's created after the feature is enabled, will not show the GPS coordinates.
-
View GPS Coordinates on the Timesheet Page: Although you can choose to hide GPS coordinates in the PDFs, you can still access and verify the location where the timesheet was submitted by navigating to the Timesheet page in the Alloc8 portal. For added convenience, this feature also allows you to access the exact location on Google Maps.
This feature will provide you with greater control and flexibility in managing your timesheet data while prioritising privacy and security. For a more detailed guide and a visual representation of these updates, please refer to our support article.

New Ticket Status Legend in the Resource Whiteboard
We're excited to introduce a new Legend to the Resource Whiteboard that helps you understand the ticket status colour codes.
Here's what you need to know:
-
Red: Jobs with a red colour code signify that they are scheduled to start in less than 24 hours and have unrostered or unconfirmed resources. This immediate visual cue helps you identify upcoming jobs that require urgent attention to ensure adequate staffing.
-
Orange: The orange colour code indicates jobs scheduled to start in more than 24 hours but still have unrostered or unconfirmed resources. This allows you to plan and address resourcing needs for upcoming tasks well in advance.
-
Green: When you see the green colour code, it means that all resources for the job are rostered and confirmed. This ensures that your job is well-prepared and ready to go.
-
Blue: The blue colour code is used for jobs where all resources are rostered and confirmed, and the job's start date is in the past. This helps you quickly identify completed or archived jobs, providing historical context.
You can now easily and swiftly grasp the status of your jobs on the Resource Whiteboard, making your job management more efficient and organised. For a visual representation of these updates, please refer to our support article.
________
Standardised Mail Format of Job's Addresses on Whiteboard
