What's new?

Bulk Download Invoice Paperwork

Your accounts payable team can now download invoices paperwork in bulk. This feature will simplify the process of providing clients with supporting documents needed for payment claims.

 Option to hide the Job End Time in the Mobile App

Shift uncertainty? Don't know when a job will finish?

Now schedulers can hide "Job End Time" in the Mobile App to ensure field workers are prepared for longer shifts.

What has been fixed and improved?

Private Forms for Workers

Protect sensitive information by restricting workers from viewing forms submitted by their peers. 

Previously, all workers could see the forms submitted by other workers on the same job, exposing at times sensitive information. With this improvement, users who manage forms will be able to mark the worker form as private so this data can't be accessed. 

Private Forms for Timesheet Managers

We improved our experience in forms. Previously, workers were confused by filling out forms only required for Timesheet Managers. Now your web admins can assign these job forms to Timesheet Managers only by marking it as a Private Form in the form settings.

Preferences for Rate Card Packages

Users will be able to arrange rate card packages in a specific order so that the resources on the generated invoice will be packaged based on the order set in the rate card.

Real-time progress updates while exporting invoices to MYOB

We are all about providing you full visibility over your workflows. Shortly, you will be able to see detailed and clear information on the progress of your uploaded invoices to MYOB. You will also be able to view: a) Invoices ready to be exported, b) Invoices with errors, and c) Successfully exported invoices.
